We want you to be happy with your GalaxyWave Projector. If it’s not what you expected, you may be eligible for a return.
Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days from the day your order is delivered.

After 14 days from receipt, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
Conditions for a Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item should be in good condition and not heavily damaged by misuse.

Whenever possible, include all original accessories, cables and packaging.

We may ask for photos or videos of the product and the issue before approving the return.
In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your projector arrives damaged or not working properly:

Take clear photos and/or a short video showing the problem.

Our team will review your case and help with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

We’ll reply with the next steps and the return address if your return is approved.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but it usually takes a few business days after we issue the refund.
